Quality Assurance Manager

Position Summary: 

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead and manage the Food Safety and Quality programs at Point3 Farma. The position covers compliance, process, and consumer quality responsibilities within a cGMP, ISO, and FDA compliant environment. The Quality Assurance Manager will develop and maintain quality strategies, quality annual objectives, and quality compliance programs across the entire processing and production supply chain. 

Essential Job Functions (Includes but not limited to):

  • Arrange, coordinate, and participate in external audits and regulatory bodies

  • Develop and maintain company’s processing protocols to cGMP, ISO and FDA compliance

  • Assist in enforcing food safety programs and procedures, cGMP policy, HACCP plans and personal hygiene policies

  • Monitor, validate and inspect all policies, procedures, documents and logs related to cGMP, Food Safety and Quality Assurance Plans

  • Help develop and manage supplier approval programs

  • Conduct continuous training with existing staff and new hires on Food Safety Standards of company and FDA along with cGMP training

  • Conducts activities to ensure our products meet our quality specifications and all Food Safety and regulatory standards i.e., FDA, HACCP, cGMP

 Required Skills:

  • Ideal candidate has previous experience developing, communicating, and implementing food safety and quality programs initially and with third party contractors.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills

  • Skill in organization, prioritization and attention to detail

  • Must have experience in writing HACCP plans and identifying Critical Control Points.
